Thank you for inviting us to your fabulous 40th Anniversary party yesterday, Friday 8th June 2012.
What a swell party it was with an action packed programme of LIVE entertainment with great artists performing right through the evening. We cannot fail to comment that the music DIAMOND dance band provided was just excellent, followed by all the great various musicians contributing to the action packed programme.
As a token of rememberance of your RUBY Anniversary Celebration I enclose some photographs I took at random. Apologies I was not able to capture all the action and only wish I had brought my proper Video camera. (Towards the end I took a few short video clips with my little digital camera which I have attached at the end - regret missed out all the super artists as it was difficult for me to fight my way to the front through all your guests).
Mark Read your Super Star son we call 'Mega Star' from A1 was star of the show as always with his great keyboard playing and his Golden voice. His dynamic Live showmanship could not be missed, and of course all of you from Diamond, (Keith, Pam & Maz) never fail to entertain to the highest levels. Colin too was just great. We are proud of you all.
There were certainly some fabulous entertainers who helped make the party very special. Just a few days ago we enjoyed watching the Queens Royal Golden Celebration Live Music Concert which we watched on TV. Yesterday we were privileged to be present at your RUBY Anniversary party - it was not just a party but a real live action packed Concert party. The venue and food was just excellent.
Congratulations, wishing you all the very best in the future and do continue to keep MUSIC LIVE as you have always done. You both certainly know how to entertain and your enterprising family never ceases to amaze.
